The nationwide housing developer has introduced 117 apartments to its offer as part of the 1st stage of the Murapol Apartamenty na Wzgórzu investment, designed in Sosnowiec. A 6-story building will be erected here with an offer of residential premises with an area of ​​27-64 sqm.

As part of the first stage of the project planned in Sosnowiec, 117 apartments were put on sale, from studios to 4-room apartments, each of which will have an anti-smog package, i.e. nanofiber filter technology to protect rooms against external pollution and a home management system that allows the installation of the smart home – a remote control system for utility consumption in an apartment, allowing for savings of up to 28 percent per year.

The author of the architectural design of the investment is Murapol Architects Drive, an architectural studio belonging to the Murapol Group.

“During nearly 20 years of operation of the Murapol Group, we have commissioned approx. 17,400 apartments, of which over 5,000 we put at the disposal of the inhabitants of five cities of the Silesian Agglomeration. Sosnowiec is another point on our investment map, which is an element of the strategy of high geographical diversification of implemented projects. Murapol Apartamenty na Wzgórzu will be built in a green area devoid of the hustle and bustle of the city, conducive to comfortable everyday functioning. Easy and quick access to other centers of the agglomeration makes our latest offer a variant also for buyers from outside Sosnowiec,” Nikodem Iskra, President of the Management Board of Murapol, said.
