Panattoni will build Panattoni Park Koszalin with a total area of 65,000 sqm in the Słupsk Special Economic Zone (SSEZ), the company said. The construction of the first multi-tenant Panattoni park in this location will start next year.

"The property is located in the western, industrial part of the city in the Koszalin subzone of the Słupsk Special Economic Zone. The construction of a large logistics and industrial complex with modern A-class space will start next year. Panattoni Park Koszalin will occupy a total of 65,000 sqm in two buildings and will be the first multi-tenant facility in Koszalin. Tenants from various industries will be able to use flexible modules that will allow them to handle both warehouse and production processes," the release reads.

“Koszalin is slowly becoming an excellent alternative to Szczecin for companies interested in developing their business in Pomerania. The city tempts with a good location near the German border, extensive city infrastructure, and friendly living conditions that attract qualified employees and entrepreneurs. There are several universities and local centers of universities from other cities, where over a dozen thousand people study, so tenants should not have difficulties with recruiting appropriate staff. We observe these trends and hence our decision to locate our latest investment here. Especially that the local government is open to the needs of the business, has attractive investment areas, and supports many initiatives. We were actively assisted by the city representative when choosing the location,” Małgorzata Zbróg, Business Development Director, Panattoni, explained.
