Parkur Residence receives occupancy permit
Finnish developer YIT has completed the construction of the first stage of the Parkur Residence residential estate in Warsaw and has obtained an occupancy permit. The first clients will receive the keys to their new apartments in January. This is another investment that YIT completed several months before the scheduled date.
“At YIT, we know how important it is for people waiting to collect the keys to their new apartment to complete the investment on time. Therefore, we always make every effort to ensure that the projects are prepared according to the schedule – this is our commitment to buyers of premises. We believe that especially now, in this unusual time, it proves the reliability of our company and builds customer trust. Internationally, the timeliness of YIT is also confirmed by the results of the EPSI Rating 2020 survey – in terms of residential investments, we received a rating above the industry average, as a company implementing projects in accordance with the established schedule,” Tomasz Konarski, President of the Management Board of YIT in Poland, said.
In the first stage of Parkur Residence, 132 apartments were built, with areas ranging from 27-90 sqm, as well as an underground parking lot, in which some parking spaces are adapted to charge hybrid and electric cars. The residents will also have at their disposal an open roof garden, which is the showpiece of the project. It is a great place to relax or meet your loved ones, especially in the spring and summer seasons. In addition, a pocket park and a basketball court have already been created on the premises of Parkur Residence. There are also elements of small architecture, such as benches with points for powering mobile devices.
